Toronto Cat Lovers- Help!

Two strays

I've seen these two every morning after a night of work, they hang out around back of this banquet hall. Very friendly cats, obviously used to human activity around the place. They will approach and sit near you, but they don't like to be reached out to and they will retreat if you get too close to their personal space.

Both are young and sick

The black and white cat has a broken leg, it cannot bend and the poor thing has a horrible limp. Both of the cats have nasty coughs as well, they also seem to have fleas and lose their fur when they scratch. (Although the fur part could just be shedding, I dunno cats)

They stick together

The adorable pair play with each other often, and they make sure to stay close to one another. The weather is getting bad, (anyone who lives near Toronto already knows of the insane humidity and high temperatures) I leave water out for these cats whenever I'm there.

Unfortunately I can't bring these cats home nor do I have the money to help them out, but I will be calling a nearby animal shelter to see if they can pick up the cats.
