Basically this guy who I thought was really cool (we were actually friends) kept talking shit about me at work, well the wrong person heard (our boss) and his ass got canned and I got a 4$ raise. I didn't know we could get fired from my work for talking crap.

Either they were saying some truly horrid things, there were many other problems as well that got him canned, or this didn't happen.
