The paths you see are just a result of the graphical method used to construct the image, it's not an actual pattern in π.
I know there is no pattern in pi. But how do you explain the concentric circle then? That was my question all along...
The fact that it looks like there are circles is just a result of the curvature of the paths the artist decided to use.

So you shouldn't have concentric circle and prefered path. You should have perfectly random distribution of the next number (2/2)
That's no explanation. Pi is an irrational number. Thus according to the law of great number,each next number is random. (1/2)
There is no law of great numbers, there is a law of large numbers and it doesn't apply here.
