This presentation makes it look almost rational.I was expecting no pattern,but it looks like there is one.Do you have an explanation?

The paths you see are just a result of the graphical method used to construct the image, it's not an actual pattern in π.

I know there is no pattern in pi. But how do you explain the concentric circle then? That was my question all along...

The fact that it looks like there are circles is just a result of the curvature of the paths the artist decided to use.

That's no explanation. Pi is an irrational number. Thus according to the law of great number,each next number is random. (1/2)

Very false. π is transcendental (hence irrational as well), this is not up for debate. You can read the image explanation here (1/2)
