We wouldn't have any GPS... if the Earth was flat. Satellites orbit the Earth as a spherical object. Orbit isn't simply floating... it's a consistent state of falling. But because the Earth is rotating, it's falling and also missing at the same time... thus orbit. It would be IMPOSSIBLE to do this with a flat plane shaped planet.
This is so simple to understand. The people driving the whole flat-earth claim know it and are just trolls making money on fiction.

meme is wrong. The extra CO2 in the atmosphere is pressing into the ocean, just like how a bottling company would add CO2 into water to make it bubbly. Quite simply, the acidification of our oceans is just like the carbonic acid used to melt sugar into soda. Global warming is causing the sodafication of oceans.

Water that contains dissolved carbon dioxide (CO₂) gas in concentrations sufficient to form small bubbles is variously referred to as carbonated, soda, or fizzy water, among more specific terms (club, seltzer, etc.). When described in contrast to this, water that does not form CO₂ bubbles is referred to as uncarbonated or flat water. The joke extrapolates from this and the ambiguity of "it" in the third panel to describe the Earth as covered in flat water, and from this, as flat itself.

As an aside, Earth's oceans do contain significant amounts of dissolved CO₂, increasing significantly based on depth; they just don't visibly effervesce/"fizz" because what it can't hold already escapes. This is a significant feedback factor in climate change, in fact; as ocean temperatures rise, the water can hold less dissolved gasses. This results in not only escaped CO₂ feeding the feedback loop, but also deoxygenation (reduced O₂ concentrations, important for marine life).
