Mush Cade - runs 170 miles a week, fighting his mental illness

We see this guy running in our local area, in all weathers! What's his story?

Well: 

Hello everyone, my name is Mush Cade. I am 37 years old and have been suffering with a Mental illness for over 15 years, everyday is still a fight for me to live in this world. I was 17 stone, on all sorts of medication and had lost the will to live, I was at rock bottom. I fought back, stopped taking my medication and one day decided to start running. My first run was less than half a mile and almost killed me lol, since that day I continued, a bit like Forest Gump. I upped ...my pace and distance daily and now run more than Mo Farrah a week, seriously I run more than 170 miles a week. Running is the only thing that keeps me in this world, I have no social life, I cannot work due to severe Mental Health issues but I'm hoping to get my life back on track in the future. With your help I would like to raise some money so I can seek private medical health treatment. I've been seen by many NHS doctors and I'm still in the same dark place. I also want to donate some of the money to a mental health charity to help others. I have tried to take my own life multiple times, I don't want to get to this stage again, I'm getting stronger, all the support and love I have received has made me see that I can hopefully pull through and lead a good life in the future. I'm in a rut and I need to get out of it. Anything will help. Lets see where this goes, maybe one day I could be over this leading a normal life, working a normal job, being a normal person again. I'm also very interested in setting up a running camp/club where other people who can relate to this story can come along and socialise.
