Down the road from Mount Rushmore, from a rock climb in the Wrickled Rock area
Saw these guys at the entrance to Mt Rushmore, apparently it's a favorite hangout spot for them!

Go on the needles highway. Skip Custer state park. Hit up the burger joint in custer.
