It's gone past pathetic. And now the reflecting pool was "vandalized". Lmfao.

They are pretty deplorable. No point in talking to them anymore; it's time to not help them, not give them your efforts, and never give them your sanction. Let them do things themselves, the results are usually much like the current imcompetence we see around us.

Only help people who are not MAGA rats. Ensure your help will not assist MAGA rats.

This is the result of team sports politics.

hypocrisy is the point

Churchill said something like, "Success is the ability to move confidently from one failure to the next".

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yea...and the minute a democrat gets into office, they propose we kiss & make up with those swamp trash.

WTF does that tell you?

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

They stand for themselves and themselves alone. Any arguments they make are in bad faith.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It was an IQ test disguised as an election.

2 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

It has been vandalized. Check the oval office for the vandal. Or, i don't know, probably Mar a Lago after 5pm on the weekends.

They are animals. All the hate and racism that country has given an escape valve. I will *not* pretend it is the only place on the planet with hate and racists, but the long war on education worked and the escape valve in the form of Trump has made them brave and loud.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Their minds are fully controlled by right wing media. They will parrot the daily statements. They will hate who they are told to hate even if it’s family, friends or fellow citizens. They will witlessly rise up to defend the golden calf.

2 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Yup. This is why they're trying to destroy independent press - they keep people educated & informed, which immunizes them against the plague of rightwing hatemongering, populism and propaganda.

Cut these people out of your life, no matter who they are. Protecting democracy is a cause worth any sacrifice.

They do stand for something: Hate and power. They want "demons" to blame everything on, from immigrants to people who want actual healthcare to trans people. They want justification for their hate and, eventually, for the violence they hope to commit. Thus, they put people like Trump and loads of theocrats into power, letting them do whatever they want and supporting them no matter how contradictory, because MAYBE they'll get to eventually commit violence on whoever they blame for everything.

They want targets to direct an orgy of violence towards

I never wanted to argue with them… I have wanted to kill every last one of them since this shit began

MAGA: Making Algae Grow Again!

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Some would even go as far to say "they do it to get a rise out of getting you angry" just tell them to fuck off and get over it. Your Not Wrong .

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yup. They've shed the last vestige of their humanity. They're beyond hope and redemption. There's no longer any place for civil discourse, nor for exhanging ideas. The time for arguments has passed. They're encroaching on human rights, dismantling democracy and corrupting institutions.

Rabid dogs are put down without a second thought.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So, stop arguing with MAGA and instead turn up in force.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

i never argued with them to begin with. if someone found any positive human traits or appeal in that kind of leadership, the argument was over before it began.

you can't 'convince' someone to care about other people. basic decency isn't borne of a semantic trap. a lack of empathy isn't countered by a series of bullet points.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

They think whatever they are told to think. They have no thoughts or opinions of their own. Thinking is hard and scary. It is easier to have someone tell you what think and say.

2 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Yup. Exactly how experts have been describing these vermin since forever. Trust the experts.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

if they didn't have double standards they had none at all

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

They don't stand for anything beyond acquiring more power.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And their supporters only stand for supporting people who enable their hate.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You can't reason with a bunch of brain damaged pedophile cluster B mentally deficient cultists. Last fall when trump was found to be a central figure in the files was the final stop on that train. If they try to jump off now that they see the train heading for the wall you must not accept them.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It *is* a cult.

That's the only angle through which this makes any sense. There's truly no issue that they wouldn't proudly and loudly claim the opposite of what they said yesterday if they're told to do so.

Tens of millions of Americans are in a cult. And they fell for, out of all people, THAT guy.

Future historians and teachers will have lots of versions of "yeah, i don't get it either".

2 months ago | Likes 134 Dislikes 0

It's the same group or type of people who were burning "witches" during the Salem trials back in the day.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

There's one other angle: domestic abuse.

But then domestic abusers and cultists have a large overlap.

2 months ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

It is a CULT of insanity and hate fueled ignorance with a whole lot of GREED 😡

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

so many will never get it or understand it @DarthVaderDidNothingWrong too many are still under the delusion they live in a country where law/order/democracy exist and that will eventually put all of them in check.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Textbook demagogue tactics. He pandered to the fears and resentments of the worst people. Validated their bigotry. He told them, "you're right, it's NOT your fault, it's THEIRS" - racial minorities, LGBTQ+, 'liberals', all the problems are the people they hate. And, because of this, they will follow him into Hell itself, and proudly.

Plus, back in 2016, he still had, like, 75-80% of his wits, and could get away with pulling a con job. If he tried it now instead, he'd never get them to buy in.

2 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Also he and his social/news media quickly brainwashed the right into thinking he was some "outsider" and "taking on the deepstate" and they started to dismiss EVERY single negative thing said or reported about him instantly because it's all a "deepstate setup to get him." They're under a form of literal mind control.

2 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

If only they'd do us all a huge favor and start guzzling the Fla·Vor·Aid and get it all over with so the rest of us can forget them and move on.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Disappointed covid didnt take care of that for them

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

AND they blame you for it all.

2 months ago | Likes 43 Dislikes 0

it is absolutely shocking how deep in the cult they are. even before all this I've heard shit about the extremes some went to to avoid being wrong. friend of mine told me years ago in college, they had a class where one guy believed his belief to be right, absolutely, despite the overwhelming evidence he was wrong. he wouldn't budge. eventually they brought in a seasoned professor who had studied the topic for most of his life, proved beyond a doubt the guy was wrong. 1/2

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

rather than admit he was wrong, or be able to talk himself out of it, friend of mine said the dude got on the floor in the fetal position, covered his ears, and at the top of his lungs started screaming: "NO! I'M NOT WRONG! I CAN'T BE WRONG! YOU'RE WRONG! I'M RIGHT!" and literally screaming bloody murder until campus security dragged him out.

tbh I feel like this gives them too much credit. It assumes a level of introspection, even an unconscious one, that just does not appear to exist.

2 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

No, it doesn't, that's WHY they shift the blame so they don't have to introspect at all. Blame everyone else is the only mechanism that allows them to get away with 0 introspection.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's all unconscious yes. Introspection is being consciously aware of your unconscious motivations and deflections and projections and such which you are right they never do (because this isn't a blame shift that makes conscious sense no matter what lies you accept so they can't do any introspection since that would be admitting guilt, or at least the possibility of guilt).

If you stand for nothing, you’ll fall for anything.

Describes MAGA to a tee.

2 months ago | Likes 299 Dislikes 2

MAGA reading this comment: There's a MAGA tee shirt?

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If I remember correctly, one of the country songs from the 90s had that line in it, my Maga parents adored that song. The irony is palpable.

2 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

That's their main problem, they're not FOR anything. They go on and on about strawman situations they don't want to see, but when you ask them what they do want to see, they draw a blank

2 months ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 0

It's easier to stand against everything than it is to fight for anything

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The stuff they do want to see will get them publicly ostracized if they say it out loud. But their leaders get away with it.

2 months ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

They're for pissing people off because lol get owned libtard is funny. They're not for anything useful.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I hate 77 million americans.

2 months ago | Likes 78 Dislikes 3

They hate us, too.
They hate us, themselves, the air, the water, the soil, the world… Reality itself is a challenge to all they hold dear and we remind them of their delusions.

We better start acting on this fact, before their fanaticism burns everything to the ground.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

As a european, I'm afraid to say the same. Their vote had so much impact all around the world just to "own the libs" and whatever... it's too much

2 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

join canada in making them irellevant

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

To bes fair 77 million, and the 90 million who couldn't be assed to stop the 77 million also suck.

2 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Don’t forget those that allowed him to be elected by not voting

2 months ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 3

Don't forget about the ones like me who couldn't vote because of voter suppression. Problem with bc that's going to cost $$$-Thousands to fix.

“Both sides” people are worse than MAGA in some ways because they should be smart enough to know better but get so smug with their heads up their own backside.

2 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

its the usa, its not a "both sides" thing, its a "The whole thing is disgusting" thing

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Both parties are propping up a system which allows these issues to occur. One actively uses it, one doesn't do anything and maintains it/disenfranchises citizens from voting. Both sides are trying to end democracy, one through sheer force and one through inaction. The fact that you don't see the argument of "both sides" and calling them worse shows you were always part of the privileged and are just mad you're losing your privilege.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 9

Oh quite the contrary, I’m aware of how privileged I am and how easily I can brush off (almost all) negative consequences of the Trump regime from my own life. But I still vote thinking first of those more marginalized and disempowered populations who will be most negatively impacted rather than imposing a BS purity test wishing for a “perfect” candidate and then NOT voting. Had Harris won, I wouldn’t be thrilled, yet millions of Americans would be meaningfully way better off than they are now.
