Cream Puff Tower

The basic idea is that most of the puffs are just normal vanilla, but sprinkled throughout are 3 more intense flavors. I picked flavors based on Honeydukes candies. Exploding Fairy Dust: filled with pop rocks. Powdered Porcupine: Super Sour Lemon. Shock-O-Choc: Spicy Chili Chocolate.

The snitches were ganache marzipan cream puffs and the wings were made of gelatin sheets.
