I am disabled and cannot work a whole lot, but am doing a small amount of cleaning at a friend's house once every two weeks. Until recently, the living room was partially blocked off by an old bed. Today I was tasked with cleaning it, and I finally found the missing vacuum attachments.
Earlier in the day, I texted my friend and told them to roll a 2D10 perception check because I feared I may have angered a minor spider deity when I cleared out the webs behind his computer desk.
They also had a beetle problem for a little while when a ton of them crawled in under their screen door, trying to escape the rain or something. They all died, but a lot of carapaces were behind furniture and stuff. It wasn't because the place was dirty, they're just kind of inescapable in that area. Also, I misspelled carapaces.
Menial labor isn't terribly fun, though I do like making life better for people. I try to make it entertaining, though.
