Well I’m no expert by a long shot but the coyotes I’ve encountered while out and about are usually extremely skittish.

Interesting! I was not aware. I think they rehabbed this one bc it was healthy outside of tube issue

This is great. But nobody has a knife or leatherman they could saw at least the bulk of that pipe? Seems like it would be easier to move him

I’m not sure the specifics. My guess is it was running around with pipe stuck on. Police probably picked up to get it away from public

And guessing perhaps safety precautions made them need to sedate to remove.
