The fact there's a large cakebox of CD-Rs, the case appears to be ATX, soft power not mechanical power switch, the CRT is a larger FST, and it looks like 98 on the desktop, I'll say it's a 1999 Pentium III could be 2000

Can’t be a Pentium 3, it would have the Pentium sticker with the three green exclamation points on it somewhere on the tower.
