Some knives I've acquired over time. Some still for sale; tools almost. Others a bit harder to come by, gentlemen's jewelry I call them.

Depends on what you want to collect. Don't buy things that don't list what kind of steel they are unless it's a well known company.

Just start with whatever looks interesting. If you like the design, buy it!

I didn't know I liked collecting until they started piling up and I had a "collection". I guess buy what you like first and foremost.

Also don't go cheap. IF the knife you like is costly then save up for it. Better one you love than cheap one that is junk
