Thanks. Band is a $20 Amazon replacement (for now). Painted face and original movements and new stem cap as noted.

I was gonna say. I have a few NOS Bulova parts in my boxes that have the same type of envelopes. But no hands. Most of the hot stuff I've seen has a lot of the burnt or flaking going on. Except for a late 60s Swiss alarm pocket watch i had. The hands looked nearly pristine even though they were hot.
