Testing the shoulder engines, to see if they fit. And they are!
Shoulderplates are looking good as well. I have come to realize that the holes in the shoulder engines are not 100% aligned so the arm rods cant be fully inserted. This needs to be taken care of before gluing the engines in place.

And I also need to give credit to 'Hobby World' on Youtube. It is this crazy Danish guy who inspired me to stop dreaming about the the $8 500 T-800 from Sideshow.com and do something about it. My project is more or less a copy of Hobby World's version. We have different 3dmodels and I try to do things "my way" of his way. I learn along the way : )

Aye! The eyes are not even in place yet. Them holes are just the sockets where the eyes will be. And ofc they will have the proper red lights :)

And I have none! Not sure what my plan of attack is. Some dremmelgrinder on both the hole and shaft. Or something. In hindsight I should have glued the motor parts with the rod in it to make sure it was aligned but I was afraid it would get stuck :O

3D print a holder for a few box cutter blades for a DIY reamer?

Could work! Not sure if I have the skills to design the holder though. My next post will show the solution (or picture a pile of plastic junk along with all the curse words known to man).

The simplest method would be to use emery paper on a rod, as long as it doesn't need to be accurate.
