Goodbye Ol’ Pupper

In 2002 we got you when you were just a little puppy. The lady at the Petsmart jokingly told us that we saved her life. You may have chewed on a lot of things and got on our nerves at times when you were young, but no matter what we always loved you.

Even as you got older you still had a bit of mischievous puppy in you.

You took more and more naps...

But you always were a source of joy in our family

A couple of years ago, the vet told us you had a kidney disease and wouldn’t last till the end of that year.

Yet you were a brave trooper and you lasted two more wonderful years with us.

It’s hard to say goodbye to you and the slobbery kisses and love you showed us, but I am so thankful we got to have 16 wonderful years of it. I love you Carrie.
