MRW my aunt tells me I'm going to make dinner tonight but I'm sick

I'm cooking something for lunch and my aunt says in the middle of the conversation we're having "...so while you're making the meatloaf tonight-"
I caught a nasty bug (headache, stuffy nose, sore throat, fever) from my other aunt while I was helping her around her office, so I interject and tell her unless she wants what I've got, I will not be making dinner tonight.
Again, I love my family, and I love cooking for them, but not when they assume I'm going to be doing it for them.
Ask me if I want to make dinner, that's fine. Assume that I'm going to make dinner, and you can, quite frankly, fuck right off.
