To all the user sub browsers who have trouble dedicating themselves to working out:
This is my workout calendar. Each day, I have what I'm going to do, alternating between tough workouts and easier workouts. If I complete EVERY day's workout, I can reward myself with a hardcover comic omnibus. I also included a picture of what I can look like someday (if you do this, make sure you get someone that's similar to your shape. For instance, I'm a hourglass, so I found an hourglass), as well as my long-term goal. I've always wanted some 1940s shapewear, so when I hit 135 lbs, I'm rewarding myself with it.
I know it's a little show-offy, but I thought it might help people that have a hard time dedicating to something like me. This helps drive you forward toward your goal, because if you miss one day of the month, you lose your short-term reward.

I try to plan my workout but I pig out one day and then I cant move the next. Stay dedicated OP!

Do have it all on one document. That way, when you go to look at what the day's workout is, you see your goals and rewards.

I don't know how to edit the description, so: *dedicating themselves, like me. I don't want you to dedicate yourself to me.

we need before pics. and then after pics.
stephasaurus1
Sure! I'll be sure to post them once the month is finished :D

I mean hey, find your motivation, amirite?
QQTrain

stephasaurus1
Boobies and comics, baby!
QQTrain
I'll fap to that!
JovenJoven
so you never work out for more than 45 mins? as a guy, I declare bullshit. MEn have to work so much harder in the gym. hours and hours
stephasaurus1
I think it just depends on the metabolism. Mine is crazy fast, so I don't have to work out as much. I have a friend who's the exact opposite
JovenJoven
It's not that, I have a very fast metabolism, In fact I hardly do Cardio. I'm talking about all the weight lifting men are expected to do.
stephasaurus1
Oh, okay.
JovenJoven
On that note, you should incorporate some weight lifting, there are many health benefits and, believe me, you don't "accidentally" get bulky
stephasaurus1
Shall do! I have a few days in the month that I put down for weights, but I'll DEFINITELY increase that number :) Good luck, bro!
