Apparently in Bufallo Grill near Limoges in France, you can order burgers with raw meat.

This is not conducive of fantastic, typical french food. Try the tar tar though.
Tartar isn't French, I had many... and I really enjoy them. But it was the first time that I had a raw meat in a burger.

Never seen one of those, but judging from the plastic thingy, it may be from Buffalo Grill.
