Sadism and hate. Most people missed this, but for years, the Russian propaganda machine worked hard to portray Ukrainians as subhumans, their state as an illegitimate construct that isn't actually theirs, similar to how the Nazis needed years to create the conditions necessary for the Holocaust. Russia's intentions are genocidal and so are their methods. The suffering, pain, death of the innocent is the ultimate goal of this war. Everything else is just clumsy, often contradictory pretext.

No, it isn't. It is acceptable to attack a hospital if there is military presence. These rules are so idiotic. Like they cared. They don't care if it genuinely was warcrime or not. They strike where it hurts most. We need to Mow them off completelly and fill the country with air defence. They will not stop even if we could drive russians completelly out from Ukraine. They will continue terrorizing.

Shockingly we can care about more than 1 thing at a time, and why you might see more people protesting/supporting Palestine is that (1) the vast majority of people and governments in the west support Ukraine, so there's not much point protesting. And (2) we're not actively giving Russia money and bombs to slaughter Ukraine, but we are giving Israel money and bombs to slaughter Palestinians.

Yeah, no. Not even close. There's a reason why Russia is actively pushing anti-Israel propaganda through its botnets, together with Iran and China. They also hosted Hamas leadership just shortly before they decided to start the war against Israel. Russia, Iran and China are on the side of Hamas, since they believe that they benefit from weakening Western-aligned Israel. It's a proxy war for them, part of a new global Cold War that the war against Ukraine is just as much a part of.

It doesn't matter to them; they just grab a still from the footage, insert a picture of whatever non-Russian missile most closely resembles it in their blind eyes, and claim that it was the US or Ukraine who did it.

In other words, someone is filming the burning hospital a few minutey after the first missile hit and, just as the person is filming, the second missile, identifiable as a Kh-101, hits the building and possible first responders that are already on site.

Israel is roof-knocking and warning civilians through multiple other means. They defended evacuation corridors against Hamas terrorists. Russia is doing the exact opposite, knowingly striking civilian shelters and hospitals without warning, using the playbook they "perfected" in Syria. Russian Telegram users alluded to a common strategy Russia used in Syria: Bomb a shelter or hospital, wait for rescue teams to arrive, then perform a second strike. They are often doing this in Ukraine as well.

I also find this genocide claim to be some of the most ridiculous gaslighting in international politics.
