On to round 3

So I got through the second interview without issue. My first round interview went so well that he is pushing for me to be brought on and I'm trying to keep up the momentum. Have the second half of round 2 on Friday over the phone before going in for the final round next week.

But... the position is a little different than I expected. I initially went in for a marketing specific position and I was expecting this to basically be the next level of that. Wrong. This is more sales oriented but it is totally salaried.

So now I'm stuck. More money, which I really need, but it's different than what I was hoping for. I really think I can do the job, but I would be unlikely to get back into marketing later.

So I'm kind of feeling like this. I'll be seeing exactly what the job is next week and hopefully it's awesome.
