With a fresh coat of paint my Type-6 Transporter, DSV-04 Aquarius, is ready for its voyage.

It's a long way to Hutton Orbital, fortunately Yuri and Valentina (bobble-heads) kept me company.

Happened upon this unclaimed ringed water world

Always a fan of the clear sky ammonia worlds

My SRV, callsign Sadalsuud, explores for the first time next to a landed Aquarius

Don't need to join the Empire to bask like them!

A lovely blue banded gas giant with a ringed Y-class star in the background

After a tough touchdown in this chaotic caynon, Sadalsuud explores some fumaroles

This O-class super giant had a pair of closely orbiting O- and B-class stars. I wonder what will happen when these fast burning stars head towards the end of their lives

Found some glowing pumpkins! I mean *clear throat* bioluminescent anemone

Aquarius's first unclaimed neutron star

This water world is orbiting so close to its host star I bet it's close to a steam world

Found me a squishy hidden in some crystals!

This massive icy world orbits close enough to have a surface temperature of 607°K... how is it ice!

Sadalsuud confirms, it is ice. Burning ice. Hauntingly beautiful too.

No trip is complete without claiming a wasp of the void, a white dwarf. I refuse to boost with these.

An untagged carbon star just for me!

I am a huge sucker for multi-color banded rings and that blue sapphire in the center was frosting on the cake

This tiny world was only 143km in radius and had a surface scan efficiency of 1 probe. Never seen one that small. So close to the record!

Ammonia worlds tend to orbit cooler stars so this one is a big dark but it's all mine

I feel unclaimed black holes are rare when heading out to Colonia but I got lucky with this eye of the abyss

This water world was sporting some pretty large rings for its size. Maybe it will one day have a moon... or maybe it did.

Landing on ringed worlds brings a beautiful perspective. This world also had sulphur dioxide gas vents to spice things up. Hope you brought a nose clip.

First unclaimed Earth like of the trip!

Took Sadalsuud out to explore some sulphur dioxide fumaroles on this ringed world

This might be one of my favorite ringed water worlds. 4 distinct bands, pristine white, nicely illuminated!

This world orbited slightly off the plane of the rings offering some nice views.

Per tradition, here Aquarius wears Sadalsuud like a hat

You'll find bark mounds are pretty common near nebula. Wish they had more than one type.

OWIE!! Capsule molluscs fight back!

Honestly it was really unnerving getting chased around the Lagrange cloud by these things. They just turn towards you and slowly stalk you, turning when you do. Do not like.

I got really lucky with the ammonia worlds this time around

Believe the Class II giants come in this lovely white variety

These glowing vents are actually water ice fumaroles! Why do they glow if they are ice?

I was pretty far below the galactic plane, always nice to see something that looks like home out here.

Went mountain climbing on a close orbiting icy moon with water ice geysers

The carbon stars add a fiery glow to your bask

This white dwarf was especially broad and angry

Didn't run into too many binary pairs the first part of this journey

Imagine setting up a base where the stars grow thin but the rings are thick

You can barely see the planet in the rings!

This world had an interesting purple to it that brought me down to explore the magma vents

A lost gem in the void

Not the closest I've seen but this metal world should have a lot more lava I would think

Been a looooong time since I came across a Herbig Ae/Be star!

This lumpy world boasted some powerful gas vents, a starless sky is almost creepy

The Abyss is surprisingly well explored but this water world will always be mine

Made it to Beagle Point in a Type-6 Transporter all while carrying my cargo! What a journey it was!

Now that I made it to Beagle, I abandoned the mug...

Jumping to the next system, the mugs and brandy left behind

This icy world was in a VERY eccentric orbit but look at that texture!

Crystalline shards are great for mat collection but maybe try to find out close to home

Loved the coloration on this high metal content world!

These cloudy ammonia worlds aren't my favorite but I'm sure the Thargoids love them

I made it to Sagittarius A*, the super-massive black hole at the galaxy's core!

Next stop, Shinrarta Dezhra!

The DSSV Distant Worlds was orbiting the black hole today!

Once more I dipped below the galactic plane, taking a rest in Sadalsuud

This ammonia world was a bit less foggy but like I said, got real lucky with them this trip. Maybe the Thargoids could have me scout for them?

I was worried this Tourist Installaiton was inside the neutron star's exclusion zone. Got my heart rate going
