I am capable of drinking a ton but I rarely do. After seeing my dad ruin his life and other family members hooked to it I don't really
feel like letting it get out of control myself. I only drank 5 times last year, and it was all at social things.

My uncle is an alcoholic and before it was recognized as a real problem, he told me to never drink unless you enjoy it. And when you drink,
to appreciate what you're drinking and don't use it as a means to get drunk. A few years later, he would chug three tall cans of beer in
the car on his way back home from the store. It was disgusting to watch as a young person and it's taught me a lot.
