ooooooh rah. *sob*

So is that like 10 Exxon Valdezs?

11 hours ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

They only sunk the empty one. They can't sink full ones because that'd mess with water source of gulf countries.

4 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Creating ecological disasters because they have small penises.
Why isn't the whole world in uproar about this?!? The US and Israel need to be stopped for so many goddamn reasons.

so many things wrong with this action but it boils down to if America cannot control it and make money from it them no one can have it.

1 hour ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm sure there will be no major issues with this...

Holy shit, I thought this was a lopsided search before I did it. Comparing a singular ship to the spill in the gulf those years back, it couldn't be comparable right? Pumping fuel as long as it did... well its a LOT closer than you'd think. Some Ships carry between 84 to 124 million gallons (biggest ones). That leak was about 135 to 210 million so..... bad. Considering three.

13 hours ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

of course, that'd be fully loaded based on my search and etc etc. Its not going to be those numbers but there's so so so so so so so much hazardous material on a ship and so many new materials being made in the fires.

13 hours ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

*that anyone involved with the strike cares about

3 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I bet that helps the price of gas.

13 hours ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 3

To be fair, this is very accurate of the Democrats too. They all wanna be the 'better person' and turn the other cheek. They're too soft.

4 hours ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Just like Trump's withdrawal of Afghanistan. The GOP's political strategy is to set fire to a building, watch the fire grow, hand over the keys to Democrats, and walk away before the whole building collapses. Then they can turn around and blame everyone else for the burned down building.

Oil wasn't expensive enough.

5 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I remember when gas was 69.6 when I was younger the lowest I can remember seeing it. I got gas last evening and its 205.9 and it was 169.5 before President Smooth Brain started all this illegal war with Iran bs.

Don't forget usa imports more crude from Canada than anywhere else. Now he's starting shit with them. He's getting rich raping everything he's in charge of. It's what he does.

3 hours ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Well, I guess Donny must have made another bet on Polymarket.

13 hours ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 2

And the war criminals known as the u.s. military service members gleefully "just following orders".

2 hours ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

going after the civilians like the cowards you are, just as usual.

2 hours ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

What a complete and utter waste :( . Moronic bully still wants to flex his incompetence in not being able to negotiate a peace deal. In his very own words, he says this is a 'Small potatoes conflict'... which he STILL cannot end. The hypocrisy is astounding. The 'Greatest military country on Earth' cannot handle a 'Small potatoes conflict' . The entire GOP party cannot see how the whole world is disgusted by their Presidents incompetence? Beyond a joke, he is tearing the world apart!!!

12 hours ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

You can have the greatest military power on earth, but when its controlled by incompetent imbeciles you ain't got shit.

3 hours ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Can we acknowledge that blowing up or sinking any oil tankers is probably gonna have a ecological impact because it seems to be a common military tactic

13 hours ago | Likes 154 Dislikes 1

Can we acknowledge we are in the hands of a demented old man who raped children for fun. He doesn’t give a shit about anything but himself.

2 hours ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

+1 it should be forbidden (an oil tanker is not a military ship nor a military threat, especially if it is 5,000 km from your country), and it should be considered as a crime against humanity

3 hours ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

No offense, but every aspect of war is an ecological impact. Hell, just the cost to move the ships and planes costs billions in oil. Look at what war has done recently to Syria or Palestine. Ecological impact is the last thing these guys worry about when they beat the war drums

2 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, it sure feels a little unnecessary to wage wars in a time when we should spend those resources on fighting climate change instead of making it worse.

2 hours ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Heh, like the US would actually let the oil go to waste

17 minutes ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ugh, that's the least of your worries with this. The sunk one was empty, you can tell with how high it was riding in the water. The two others were disabled through engine strikes. Nothing more ecologically bad than any other single day since the war started, but I guess this is what gets you upset after these last four months?

1 hour ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They only sunk the empty one. They can't sink full ones because that'd mess with water source of gulf countries.

4 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 4

Ukraine has been (mostly) targeting tankers bridge for that reason. Disable the ship for months without massive oil spill.

3 hours ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Honestly it might actually be better for the environment than burning it

1 hour ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Local area stuff will be fucked but its not a fuel line, constantly pumping like the real shit we've seen. Lots of it will burn off (whole bunch of other ecological issues from that) I mean its a shit show. We're at war which means a lot of stuff in theater is different than outside, can't toss paint off the side of the ship crossing the atlantic because you know... bad for the environment. This, this is ok its part of the mission. Whatever the FUCK THAT IS.

It looks like we are trying to hit only the engine room, but knowing the US military, we instead hit a daycare center.

13 hours ago | Likes 93 Dislikes 1

In the first clip, yes. The rest are all centre-mass oil tank hits.

5 hours ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

They only sunk the empty one. They can't sink full ones because that'd mess with water source of gulf countries.

4 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Daycare center on an oil ship?

3 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Seems a little irresponsible to have daycare centers on oil tankers.

12 hours ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Who said the daycare center they would hit was even within 20 miles of the oil tanker they claimed to shooting at?

5 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The US Army puts schools and daycare centers on its posts all over the world.

DODS is one of the best school systems that the US has.]

12 hours ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

That seems like a lovely perk and a totally dangerous concept

6 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Of course we did!!

12 hours ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hitting the engine saves on munitins, also a chance that the US can go appropriate the oil after.

13 hours ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Yeh, you mean steal. Like what we did to Venezuela.

2 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So... piracy, plain and simple?

6 hours ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Imperialism has always been state sponsored piracy.

4 hours ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

No, when you're at war with someone it's called privateering. It's like piracy, except... um...

54 minutes ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

We are so breathtakingly stupid.

13 hours ago | Likes 95 Dislikes 6

The annoying part to me is that almost any intelligent person can resolve this conflict quickly if they had the chance which starts with respect.

Stop bombing the shit out of everything then in such peace the Straight of Hormuz can reopen.

As to the nuclear issue then right here we see a very good reason why Iran should have nukes so if you don't want them to have nukes then you need ensure the US and Israel never attacks Iran again.

3 hours ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

You can break the cycle by removing the top stupid.

4 hours ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

yep, you are.

4 hours ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

Who is 'we'? Is there a mouse in your pocket? The rest of the world didn't vote for this.

13 hours ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 7

Oh man, they definitely meant the whole world and not just the US. Oh wait, it's an article about the US striking someone, dumbass.

3 hours ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

We all share virtually the same DNA. It's filled with all the stuff that makes us greedy, short-sighted and generally too stupid to run a technological civilization. I mean, climate change isn't just caused by the rich, it's a combined effort of everyone in the end. And it's **BAAAAAAAAAD**, extinction levels of bad.

4 hours ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

I mean.... it is pretty much mostly the rich though and even what we do to contribute COULD be done in better ways if the rich people behind the oil industry would allow. Humanity is not inherently the worst of us just as we aren't inherently the best of us. The issue is that the worst of us have an easier time gaining power because there is less they won't do to get it.

40 minutes ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I mean I voted Kamla but still on the world stage we are so unbelievably stupid.

4 hours ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

This is happening because your population needs cheap oil and your supreme leader is getting desperate, and extra stupid. Will it work? No. Will you get fucked when the just-in-time supply chain lag hits you, especially with diesel for your entire logistics chain? Yes.

You didn't vote for this, yes. But this should make folks fight harder for Dems to put pressure on Trump, instead of caving in.

3 hours ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hard to believe "This is happening because your population needs cheap oil" while Don Snorleone is simultaneously disrupting trade with Canada.. the MAIN supplier of usa's crude. He's just whoring out our troops to the highest bidder. This moron is destabilizing the planet and everybody knows it.

1 hour ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He is an idiot and started a war with Iran because of Israel and the dumbfuck hawks that wanted it for decades for a myriad of reasons, most of which have nothind to do with what's good for the US.
BUT... Even a stupid war machine needs some degree of domestic sustainability, and they're in too deep now. Trump acts erratically, or gets egged on by whoever is running this stock manipulation scheme. It's not just about oil availability. It's about price. You're getting hit with a supply lag.

It's high time you crazy kids tried figuring out this one on your own. Rooting for ya!

12 hours ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

I'm getting old so I think I'll be long gone before the world reaches MAD MAX level. Unless President Smooth Brain clicks the we are all FKED button before he checks out. In some way I would like for things to hurry along and fix the human parasite problem. Something dramatic needs to force our species to evolve to be able to coexist with nature a symbiotic one, instead of being a parasite/virus.

4 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh yes. With all the times the US has helped with crazy shit in other countries. Its high time we handle the new Hitler all by oursrlves. Cause no country has ever needed external help getting rid of evil dictators. Definitely didnt need the US help for shit like DDay or whatnot.

You people just add to the fucking problem via alienation.

5 hours ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

applause !

4 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fuck up! Its this bullshit rhetoric got you where you are today.

4 hours ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Yes, D-Day was what, 80 some years ago? We only entered that war when we were directly attacked. After the genocide and unprovoked attacks had been going on for years. England and France declared war with Germany after their invading Poland in 1939. Korea and Vietnam were about communism. We could/should be backing Ukraine and scolding/sanctioning Israel, but yeah go with "you'd be speaking German...If it weren't for US".

4 hours ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

The US needs the oil. They want repairable damage, so the oil price doesn't SPIKE before midterms. It's why he did Venezuela first.

4 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

INB4 someone says we are oil exporter -- Why is the price so high? Why hasn't US production compensated for foreign oil uncertainty.

4 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why not tariff exports to promote domestic sale of the petro before exporting.

4 hours ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It doesn't matter whether you are a net exporter or a net importer, everyone pays about the same amount for oil and gas because those are globally traded commodities. The only thing that really changes is the pocket where the money ultimately winds up.

An export tariff won't really change that, it'll just mean the government gets to charge the company exporting the oil a tax on it. So they'll probably raise all their prices in response, because oil and gas are traded and shipped in bulk.
