You can buy them online but you can only use that screen for that shirt. There are tiny little holes in it that make only that pattern.

The bolts on the bottom of the frame work as registers against the metal racking. When all three bolts touch, you're in position to drop.

Actually... screen printing is quite easy and affordable. It's the end quality and especially multicolor prints that takes skill&experience.

Go to a local art shop and buy canvas frame pieces and put them together yourself. Then all you need is silk and a staple gun

But it's RYB+Black. The black is probably just for color purity so you don't have to blend layers.

Black's there for... well... black. The others not being CMY is because it would be silly to try and blend the inks on the product itself.

Can you tell me why the fuck I got 20 downvotes? The ink they' used in the pictures is Red, Yellow, and Blue, not Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow

As for the downvotes, I'm assuming herd mentality. But the concept of CMYK still remains, as they use a 4-tone printing process.

Each screen has tiny holes created by photo exposure, one for each color. The squeegee pushes the ink through the tiny holes.

you paint on a photosensitive film and then you put a print of your design under it and put it into a vacuum sealed light box...

after that is done you rinse it out and your design gets washed out. the film protects the color from going through the silk screen

Parts where no ink desired end up solid, so ink can't penetrate. The ink is all over the front of the screen, but only goes through holes.

Can't tell if they are but you want a slight gap between frame and surface to reduce sticking. (I screen printed for 12+ years.)
