Dolly Parton, the one & only, has passed away.
January 19, 1946 – August 25, 2026 (aged 80)
There was NOBODY like her. An absolute powerhouse of a voice, a mind as sharp as a scalpel, & a heart the size of a supernova - she was so generous, so gracious & FUNNY. She broke records with her songwriting - & with the kindness she showed her community, her Dollywood Foundation & Imagination Library in particular are incredible legacies. An icon, an ally, a true queen. RIP you beautiful legend.

I want to believe the Grim Reaper is waiting for the shit stain and his criminal minions and enablers to first be arrested, convicted, and imprisoned before he reaps them. To save us the cost of their upkeep.
