Meet William

William is a goofy old guy who does equally goofy Let's Play! stuff on YouTube.

He loves hamsters.

Seriously, this guy is super into caring for his pet hamsters and his cat. The cat less so because it likes to puke on his chair.

He loves weed.

Legally, at least. He has fibromyalgia and a long list of other health issues thanks to his time in the military (he's a retired + disabled vet) so he has a medical marijuana license and uses it. A lot.

He loves Dungeon Crawl: Stone Soup.

This is the face he made after running from a previous character's ghost only to encounter Sigmund on the very next level, right near the stairs.

He likes to get high on his medical pot and play Dungeon Crawl, which he calls Stoned Soup.

He is a valiant knight.

He plays just about anything fantasy-related it seems, from Dark Souls and Dungeon Crawl to Goat Simulator and Might & Magic.

The real reason I made this album is not simply to show off this dorky old dude's videos, but to hopefully make his life a little happier.

If you watch his videos, you'll hear him mention his wife dying last year--this screengrab is from that video and it's heartwrenching--as well as some of his other problems. His health is failing him majorly; he can't keep up with bills because disabled veterans don't really get a whole lot of help. His only friends seem to be his beloved hamsters, his kids, and his cat. The guy's main joy in life appears to be making YouTube videos for his channel, but he sometimes laments in those videos how few subscribers and views he's got. I think running his tiny YouTube channel and playing games all day is his only escape from his pain, physical and mental. Otherwise he just takes care of his furry family (hopefully his kids aren't too furry) and his brother-in-law, who suffered a serious stroke.

That's why I set up this quick little album. I don't have the means to help him personally, I'm trying to spread word-of-mouth to get him some attention so that maybe his days will be just a little brighter. You don't have to donate anything to him, or send him advice, or anything like that. Just consider giving a few of his videos a watch and maybe subbing to him. It won't take much of your time and you may get a laugh out of his antics.

Reddit and Imgur are somewhat legendary for helping people out like this, so here's hoping.
