Just finished 3 yesterday. DS1 is still my favorite, but 3 is really good. Glad that they tied it into DS1. Missed that with DS2.

I dunno, Despite all it's failings DS2 remains my favorite of the series.

DS1 was definitely the most frustrating and had the most unique boss battles. I enjoyed 3 the most though.

Did you mix those up? 3 had way more unique bosses. The only twist in 1 was Ornstein and Smough.

I would recommend playing them consecutively. DS1 is great but there are things you get used to in 2 and 3 that 1 doesnt have

Maybe DS1 has just stuck with me. I remember the Capra Demon being hard, but only because of the size of the room.

The Soul of Cinder changed his weapon and fighting style mid battle, Iudex Gundyr transformed and changed styles at a certain point. (2/?)

I did like the switch to Gwyn's move set on the Soul of Cinder. Also the music change was a nice touch too.

Pontiff Sulyvahn had dual weapons with different attributes and could summon clones, Aldrich has rich lore and diverse magic. (3/?)

The Nameless King rides in on a dragon and has his own fight being easily one of the hardest in all the souls series. (4/4)
