I've played all but Tactics, replaying F3 now. Only thing I'm unsure about so far for F4 is reduced dialog preview when in a convo.

In Fallout 3 it is, in New Vegas if you play the hardcore mode it weighs. Not sure about Fallout 1 and 2 but I think it weighs.

In NV you don't need an anti material rifle a sniper rifle works just fine. And in 3 the Victory Rifle make any enemy cake.

the AMR has a spread of .015 the gobi campaign rifle has .018 AMR can get to .009 but only has a 3.13x zoom to the sniper

3.5x zoom so the AMR is more accurate but the sniper rifle has a greater zoom allowing you to aim farther

With any scoped weapon you are better off aiming it yourself. But with all the accuracy perks you really don't need to even at a distance.
