Controversial comment but I loved Windows Phone OS. The only issue was the lack of Apps, apart from that, it was great.

It was a great OS and had a good UI. I've had to move to an Android since they stopped updates, but the Android sucks in comparison.

Must have boosted the signal or something to make an emergency call and I was able to get a hold of 911 personnel. Technology can be amazing

I am a 911 operator and totally agree. We are unable to call those phones back in case of disconnect though so be sure to stay on the line.
