I was always bored by DS9 until the war with the Dominion started, then it was the best. Overall series quality though still goes to TNG.

2/ Engineer in the fleet. He mixed Fed/Cardy/ and bejoran systems and turned DS9 into a fortress, with 2 weeks, no shipyard or support
