I came here to laugh, to look at funny shit and memes... And yet, all I see is the same EA and American crap, repeated over and over and over again...

A couple days with less memes in exchange for freedom of the internet is a fair trade off

Well without NN u may have to pay(more fees) to view memes.

Sorry Shadowstorm. But this is important to us. We don't wanna get fucked harder than we already are. Thanks for patience until the vote.

So you don't thing net neutrality will effect you? This is why it's going to go through. People like this.

I know it won't effect me, I haven't had NN for a decade now, and you know what? Life goes on

We gotta fight for our right to watch porn for free!!!

First. I'm not American. Second. Even after asking at least three times, nobody has explained how it would affect people who don't use (1/2)

This is an American website so don't be surprised when we get mad when our shitty government tries to fuck with out information.

That makes sense.

American net providers.

It's not going to change anything. NN has been around since 2015. People are losing their minds over nothing. I'm with you. It's annoying.

Sites from America will not be equal. So new interesting startups like imgur was will like not get off the ground because they won't be /q

Be able to pay big cable to ensure people can easily access their sites. Basically it'll be a lot harder for new Indi sites to thrive

Can't they just host it in another country?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Okay. I get that. But again. How does it affect someone an ocean and continent away? That's what I'm asking.

The main thing is you're afraid you can't download unlimited pirated movies at high speed with no GB limit? Is that a thing?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Did you just pull that out of your ass? You saying you want a data cap on internet usage?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

Welcome to my world. Rural Ontario there are caps. Unless you're in a bigger city with cable/fiber. I was at 100GB, upgraded to 500GB 1/2

$109.99 - I guarantee you yankees pay a lot less for your internet bills.

Wrong, what is your point?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm trying to understand the point of all this neutrality stuff. Shouldn't people who want faster internet and more of it pay more?
