Drake is back with his second action-packed promoted post! In case you missed it, intrepid hero Nathan Drake introduced Imgur to an Uncharted-themed GIF generator. Since his last post, Drake has been exploring some very dangerous territory: the comment section. He encountered some friendly Imgurians, excited gamers, and harsh critics guarding the sanctity of Imgur’s front page (as well they should!).
Now meet an unforgettable cast of Imgurian commenters as Drake puts upvotes and reputation on the line to tell you more about Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection. All joking aside, we’d love to chat about the Uncharted game collection, which has been remastered for the PS4. Whether you’re new to the Uncharted series or an old friend of Drake’s, we think this remastered series is worth your time.

Who is Nathan Drake and why is he such a badass?
Uncharted is a third-person action-adventure game chronicling the exploits of Nathan Drake, a treasure hunter, professional thief, and all-around charming action hero. It took a lot for Drake to get where he is at the start of our saga; his birth name is not revealed, and his childhood was punctuated by his mother’s suicide and father’s abandonment.
In reinventing himself, Drake chose to become an adventurer. His mission: seek ancient fortunes and treasures. The result: ultimately finding his own past, despite how far he travels to run from it. He meets a cast of quippy, clever, and nefarious characters along the way.
What’s new with the games and why should you play them?
If you’ve never played Uncharted, you can jump in with the most graphics-rich experience possible. We made lots of updates, including enhanced visuals such as like improved lighting, shadows, and actor models, as well as better movies at a higher frame rate. If you’re ready for a nostalgia trip, let us tell you, it’s going to be beautiful.
We even added additional gameplay modes for a variety of player skill levels. You can choose to play any of the default settings (Easy, Normal, Hard, or Crushing) or try these new modes: Explorer (easy as possible), Brutal (harder than Crushing) and Speed Run (beat your speed for chapter completion).

But Tomb Raider gameplay is nearly identical to Uncharted. I prefer it too, because I love the new Lara, but it's very similar to Uncharted.

And the shooting mechanics are identical. You target with your left trigger, it locks and you shoot. Or you use free aim, which is the same
