Douchebag rear ended the black SUV causing a three car pile up.
I put my baby here in park to get out and make sure everyone was okay.
Before I could get out of the car douchebag backs up and guns it, ramming into me and pushing me out of the way.
Guy ran through four vehicles and then fled the scene. His truck broke down a mile up the road. He lost his headlights on my bumper and his grill on the SUV.

FP EDIT: I get it about the neck, I promise. I just don't believe in milking it, that guy is an asshole but he doesn't have a dollar to his name anyways, and on top of all that I am in the Army, don't need unnecessary medical documentation flying around for an injury I don't have.

What state do you live in? Most insurance companies aren't allowed to repair a vehicle with frame damage. At minimum no heat repairs.
