Eh. If you look at the "people" who were merely name-dropped in email exchanges between epstein and bannon, it's mostly right-wing creatures like orbán, farage, manafort etc. Hardly a loss. Merkel and Macron would have to take a few shots but they'll survive it.

I agree in principle, but my rationale is that if you use the word implicated then those who have enough money and power will simply quibble about the definition of that word.

A guy (Michael Marshall) that's regularly on a podcast I listen to is in the files. His activism in the UK was annoying Epstein and whomever he was talking with. So some people are just mentioned.

Voluntarily drunk is quite different from forced alcohol poisoning, especially if they already swore off alcohol after getting sober from becoming alcoholics due to the trauma. I think limiting recourse to those implicated is plenty fair.
