I think that there are still good law enforcement out there, but that it's a very rare thing and they are at risk of being corrupted by shit law enforcement if that's all they're surrounded by. Appreciate the ones that are actually out there to do good, I guess.

no, its just a situation where they don't expect an armed and dangerous person, perhaps given the environment that those policemen are responsible for. if the caller mentioned they thought they saw someone with a gun that poor lady would have taken a warning shot to the chest during the raid.
They typically don't shoot at the car per say. They shoot at the black people inside or the black tires or the black wig. I think you get my drift. Stupid logic aside, profiling is often done at the neighborhood level as well.

This is why every other western first-world nation looks at our LEO organizations with shock and disgust at how american pigs are able to do anything with zero consequences - up to and including "murder suspects and bury them in a shallow grave behind the department building."
