Daaang this unexpectedly made me sad. My very good boy is a lab and he doesn't do that anymore. After 3 weeks hospitalized then 6+ months in bed and menopausal hot flashes, our entire vibe fell apart 🫠. Still sleeps in bed at least, sleep face to face, head on his own pillow xD

Mine are lap dogs, they're not as big as this post's dog, but are about 80-90 lb lap dogs. They're all good dogs. Even though i woke up to an accident throughout the kitchen.
My German Shepherd is a giant, stoic dog. He likes his personal space and grumbles about it, but he allows my son to treat him like a bean bag...it's one of my favorite things in the world.
One summer before going away to school my parents got a German Shepherd puppy; when I came back in December she was very confused that she didn't fit in my lap anymore.
