If there's no war declared, it's not "War Crimes" it's just plain murder. As has been pointed out before, it's the poor sap who actually pulls the trigger or fires the missile who makes the ultimate decision. That said, the entire chain of command from the hate pumpkin to the aircraft pilot are guilty in some degree. The "I was just following orders!" excuse didn't work for the original Nazi's and it wont work here either.

Pretty sure E1s aren't doing shit about drone strikes or tomahawk strikes. But I agree anyone doing or ordering, especially ordering a war crime, should be punished according to the Geneva Conventions, international law and the UCMJ. We should hold anyone and everyone accountable for crimes they have committed in balance to severity, regardless of station or wealth, without favoring individuals of greater wealth by virtue of unjust bail levied against the poor and easily paid by the rich.
