Well, the bolts are installed by hand but the wings are positioned and supported with cranes, hoists, and trusses.

Go look up how much one of those bolts holding the wings on costs, then get back to us.
Also, look up the insane inspection criteria of the bolt and qualification process of the shop that makes them. Price is somewhat justified.

then flown into the final assembly plant in Washington by the 747 LCF Dreamlifter where they're joined together. (2/2)
The video just shows the final assembly line. There is A WHOLE LOT of sub-assembly that goes on before this point.

I think there were some steps already done to have the fuselage in one piece to just roll in. Still cool.
The barrel segments are assembled in the sub-assembly areas/plants and then brought to the final line for integration.

No, talking about the nose, tail, and cabin sections already being mostly assembled and just LEGO-ed together.

I have seen first hand how the build the v-22 osprey. I was involved with a reconstruction of there assembly line. Fascinating stuff!!!
And the wings, the wings are pre-assembled too!
