I don't see anything remotely genius about it. Without further parameters it is impossible to answer this at all. And even with those, it won't be just yes or no. I'd need an essay for a complete answer, including examples, some of them closer to yes, some closer to no. But never simply one or the other. Forcing someone to say yes, doesn't say one thing about that person, it is merely entrapment. I would refuse to answer.
