Nah. The eligibility rule holds for the VP but, not anyone else in the line of succession. If it came down to it, and the Speaker were ineligible, they'd just be skipped.

I doubt WW3 would happen, other countries would probably just watch in a mix of horror, amusement, and bewilderment as America falls. WW3 would probably only happen if a country tried to swoop in and lay claim to the land. But as America 2.0 is founded with all of the same flaws, the regression from the civil war would leave America as a fragment of what it used to be.

As it stands now, Musk could buy the MAGAt Congress to make him Speaker, then Vance exercises the 25th Amendment to make himself President, and then Musk immediately has Vance shot, making MUSK President via the line of succession.
