Believe it or not, sometimes disconnecting from family is the best way to survive. My nearest family is 2000 miles away. We get along great.

Yep. I've employed homeless people before. You can live in a car, shower at the gym, wash clothes, look fine, and still be homeless.

I've been staying at a friends but it was maybe 4 times a week. Homeless was more of less having no job and not an apartment under my name

If you don't have your own place you are classified homeless by the state even if you have a temporary place to state. It's very stressful
