Never skip legday

The one dude is Tyson Chandler, an NBA player, he's probably allowed to skip it if he wants.

Gotta be able to rock the top and still fit into your skinny jeans.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

jesus man, squats are the staple of my workouts

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm built the opposite of that. Why would you just train upper body?

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Calves are a struggle man don't judge

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Or in other words, genetics

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Allllways Upvote Johnny Bravo +1

Bruh

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Sweep the legs

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

To be fair, it can be very hard to get your calves big, and not just ripped.

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

There's a lot of photoshopping going on here

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I dislike body shaming, especially when it's of strangers and you have no idea what their story is.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Is that Tyson Chandler?

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

That's exactly what I was thinking. He looks tall enough

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm 6'8"... I have skinny legs :((

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Why train legs, when people can't see them in selfies?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Finally, it all makes sense now!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Take photos of people with small legs. Photoshop them even smaller. Receive my downvote.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Hoping photo shop? That being said legs are really tough to get big compared to upper body.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Legday huh? Every day for me.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

rest day mother fucker you need to give you muscles time to rest and grow

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Man, I'm like the opposite... ol flabbytop bufflegs over here.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

How do people end up like this? Are leg exercises harder or something

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Well if you think about how much of your body your legs take up vs your chest. Leg day can be exhausting for quite a few days afterwards.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Some of them were previously wheelchair-bound like #6 and #7, muscles atrophy when you don't use them.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

*allegedly, of course

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Got to admit though, reaching the level some of these guys did is impressive without leg day.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

"The calves are the hardest place to add mass!" Also, that guy watching baseball fuckin has to be shopped. Biafran Arnie.

10 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 2

Really? I live up a hill and calves make up 90% of my body weight.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

"watching baseball"... or playing a baseball video game. that's why his arms are so buff but his legs are so weak.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

calves have muscles that can be trained on each workout, most people don't realize this. I do calves twice as much as the rest, they grow.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I've always had the opposite problem. Easily maxing out leg machines but struggling with 150 lbs on the bench press.

10 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 5

Don't sweat it on the bench that much. It's not a great movement for your shoulders in the long run. Lower body strength is more productive

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Using any machine is gonna be at least two times easier than free weights

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Do you even squat bruh?

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Squats should take care of that.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

I love the replies of squats. Do you even lift? Squats cover core and legs. Bench is ecerything above what the squat will cover.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Bench press is mostly just pecs. Squats won't help.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Try squatting with a barbell

10 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 3

I've tried that in the past though I have a really curved spine and usually ended up in a lot of pain. Should I just bear through it?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

If you don't have any knee or hip restrictions and find a qualified CSCS or equal coach the barbell is extremely effective fitness tool.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Definitely not. Learn proper technique, preferably from a qualified strength coach. In leu of that, Mark Rippetoe is pretty good source.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

+1 for Hulk

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Only the last two are real.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Including Bravo.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

A few of the ones with long shorts are misleading. They probably have decent-size thighs, and small calves. Some dudes have tiny calves.

10 years ago | Likes 54 Dislikes 0

I hate it too. I'm 6'5" and my calves are the only place I couldn't put on mass. Since I'm tall it looks stupid. It became an obsession (1/2

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

2/2 and I'd work them twice a day. They started growing after that, but I couldn't keep doing that and had to stop thinking about them ha

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But the tiny from ankle-to-hip dudes are unforgivable.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 4

omg as a fitness trainer this just makes me cringe

10 years ago | Likes 355 Dislikes 24

Those can't be real...right?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

As a person with eyes, same here...

10 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 0

touché

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Train me sempai!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's going to be my friend in a few years. He won't take any advice from me because I stopped working out years ago.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As a person that loves fitness and is looking to get certified this makes me uncomfortable.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

As an American, I never skip leg day. It's the most delicious part of the bucket

10 years ago | Likes 183 Dislikes 3

listen here you little shit, but in all honestly I "loled" pretty hard

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

As a newbie to the gym, legs and core are the only muscles I got, whereas my upper boy is shit.

10 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

How about your upper girl? Is that shit too?

10 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

Nope, martial arts teacher always taught its easier to break ribs with a kick than a punch.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh wait I'm stupid and a bad typer, but really, he did not emphasize upper body as much.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

oh snap!

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Such a respectable profession! Which cereal box did you pull your certificate out of? :-p

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As a hockey player, this makes me cringe. What does this do to their center of gravity?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yeah your quads are the biggest muscles in your body so I would imagine if you got all top heavy it would mess with your balance for sure.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

some cant get lower leg muscles no matter what they do , wont get big the muscles are there mostly white strings not so much red(bulk).

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Opposite, red fibers are endurance-oriented and small, white are strength and big.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

right, it's not that hard to try to at least be somewhat proportional

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

You know most people are fat, right? These people are an odd place to start cringing.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

It's funny how this is cringe but all these "fitness" instagram chicks that are becoming famous do the same thing just reverse.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

All they work out is legs to have a huge ass but no mass or definition up top at all.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

As a very tall, very thin guy, it's SO hard to get any mass to build up on my legs, and I hate it!

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Squats, deadlifts, and eat big. Takes time but you'll get it.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I do it all. I have definition, no mass :-/

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Do you track macros? I know a lot of guys think they eat a lot until they add it up. Best of luck with your gains brah

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Between 5 and 8k calories, depending on what's going on every day

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My goodness. I'm a skinny dude. Tried bulking and couldn't get past 3k

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Don't worry mate, I'm the same, my limbs just do not gain size. Just gotta be grateful you've got functional legs at the end of the day!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Please tell me at least some of these are fake

10 years ago | Likes 631 Dislikes 7

It seems like a few of them are. Esp the ones with very different sized legs like #9. Unless he had polio.

10 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

A lot of these guys also are on roids. So the proportions are way off, especially if they skip leg day.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

At least some of these are fake.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That last one is heavily edited, I believe.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

First one is photoshopped. The rest are a little more convincing.

10 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

Ya, except they're not skipped, they're lean. They even have pictures of these guys defending pulling up to thighs and they're bulked.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Most of them are shopped if not their calfs are smaller than my forearm. Just everday walking alone would keep your leg from just being bone

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

#6 looks like his legs were photoshopped. They look too thin to be supporting him

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

IIRC #7 was previously in a wheelchair for awhile.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Source?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I have none. I know that picture was posted here before but I can't be

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's the second time on people have been claiming they were in wheelchairs or soldiers stop the misinformation with no source ...

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I get where you're coming from, but do you understand what IIRC means?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

On here* pardon my typo

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

#5 is just bad angling. He showed up on reddit and took another picture, and his legs looked proportional.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

#8 is Tyson Chandler. NBA player. Def doesn’t skip leg day.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I thought the Hulk one was fake.

10 years ago | Likes 645 Dislikes 6

Upper body of a viking warrior, legs of a dickbutt.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wrong

10 years ago | Likes 74 Dislikes 0

It's just Chuck Testa!

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0
