A fantastic 18oz cashmere that's a bizarre tobacco colour
Here you can see the height of the roped shoulder and how the front closes up to my neck (not pictured: me)
Double pleated back with a box pleat to allow for extra movement getting in and out of cabs or when I'm wearing a thicker sweater / jacket underneath
This is called an "Arrowhead tack" and takes about 1/2 hour to do but must be done so precisely as to cover everything underneath. The method makes the bottom edge incredibly strong to keep the vent from splitting over time
The most interesting feature is the quilted interior lining. Took me about an hour each side and had to rewind the bobbin twice just to complete.
