Is nobody else concerned about the fact that they also apparently create whirlpools in stationary bottles?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

This is just a single fact sir. I was promised multiple fun facts!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Because of the user name...look it up

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Probably made the water undrinkable.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Soon to be recalled and discontinued from people getting sick due to plastic infused water

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 7

But...plastic bottles...are plastic.

The ad for this picture just says "Need a Pool?" What a coincidence

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

From the thumbnail I thought the left picture was a Mortal Kombat symbol

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Now that shows some confidence in your product.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They did something similar in a movie theater in Sweden. They put phones in some sodas, that started ringing during the Sony commercial

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

One singular fun facts.

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

That's a genius marketing stunt.

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

so many fun facts.. Hard to choose a favourite

As a soon-to-be Packaging Engineer, I find this fascinating.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I have a family member who is a packaging engineer. It sounds like a cool job.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Excuse me while I pump in 600 quarters into this vending machine

8 years ago | Likes 247 Dislikes 4

Ummm 2013 dude! Pretty sure vending machines only took nickels...

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Someone needs to go back and get a shitload of dimes!

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What are you - a time traveller from the '80s?? This was 2013, when plenty of machines took bills or even cards...

8 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

the water tasted like vampire weekend though :(

8 years ago | Likes 1710 Dislikes 17

This is what you need for one of those "make a reference younger people won't get" threads.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Still a tastier water than Twilight

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Mine tasted like chocolate starfish and hotdog flavored water.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I stand corrected.

8 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Such a good band but it has a pretty terrible name.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Idk if I’m too old, too young, or just out of the loop

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

The band?

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 3

It's when October 30th & 31st fall on a Friday and Saturday, respectively

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

if i understand this correctly, this is the most keen comment i’ve seen on the internet... this is mark twain level stuff.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why would you taste it ?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So it tasted like Horchata?

8 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

As someone recently traumatized by rumchata, this made me nauseated :(

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Pretty much. You'd still enjoy it with your foot on Masada, though

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Specifically in December

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I forgot how much I loved Vampire Weekend!!!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Can someone give a clear explanation of this comment pls?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They're saying the water tasted metallic-y and strange, like the copper-esque taste of blood.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

My understanding is that most distilled water is processed in large copper tanks, which can often impart a copper-esque taste.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Guess I'll just wait for them to dry out now...

8 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 4

They are designed to be used while swimming. That's the point of the bottle. They don't need to dry out.

8 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Nope just like that

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks for the Sony Commercial disguised as a “fact”

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I own a pair, they works great. Though sometimes if water gets in your ear past the seal it will sound weird.

8 years ago | Likes 756 Dislikes 4

4 years old and still playing crisp music (90 bucks new)

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's true of anything though. That's how water works

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

is that you, tinyseal?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

glub glub -un to stay at th- glub glub

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How do you wear them? I always struggled to keep them in while swimming frontcrawl

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Really I changed the ear buds out for deeper ones from another set of brand. And they stay in just by that

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Deeper ear pieces do help. The little band that tightens in the back worked pretty good.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Do you wear them to do laps and if so will they stay in without a cap?

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Yeah, i've got some and they stay in fine (for lengths, not sure what a lap is). Not as comfortable as headphones but good enough.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Yes , so comfortable. Don't dive with them of course

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah I did laps, never wore a cap.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Had them for over 4 years now. However I did have to replace the charging thing a ma jig twice ( 10 bucks eBay) but 2 in four years.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Darn, we oughta waterproof the water next

8 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 0

that just sounds like oil

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Do they still make them? Since Apple stopped making the iPod Shuffle finding good waterproof MP3 players is hard to do.

8 years ago | Likes 175 Dislikes 2

Out if curiosity, what do you need a waterproof mp3 player for?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

To have music while you swim :)

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Swimbuds syrn player isnt bad for the price, pretty solid for doing laps once you get used to it.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes. I bought waterproof headphones a couple of months back. I didn't choose Sony, but theirs as an option at the shop and online.

8 years ago | Likes 67 Dislikes 0

There are bone conduction waterproof mp3 players now that are better for sound quality underwater

What would you like to know?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Do they work by having a small skeleton conducting the music to the electronic band inside the player or how?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I’ve tried some of those, it depends on the MP3 player itself how well it works. Also how streamlined it is and where you clip it (1/2)

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Makes a HUGE difference.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I've never heard of these. Why did they stop making such a cool product?

8 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

They worked so well that no one would by the new version . Going 4 years strong

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They still have them available.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Got one for Christmas last year it’s awesome!!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I had a pair. They were the best until I broke them.i think they're focusing on Bluetooth. Not many people swim with music

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

But I mean if you can swim with music, why wouldn’t you?

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I used to swim for a club during high school and hell, i'd kill to swim with music, would make it a lot mor enjoyable
