Same routine daily. Youngest sleeps with us. By the time he falls asleep I have either fallen asleep waiting on him or now dead tired from laying with him. If I manage to stay up, 5:30am comes quickly and I'm dead tired in the money. Last week I actually was sick, but milked my bronchitis to play Battlefield 1 multiple days.

Get the kid sleeping on their own. I only have one but when my kid goes to sleep me and the wife have alone time. Keeps us sane.....ish.

My son used to not sleep with us. Got extremely sick at 10 months old. Feeding tube, bile drain etc.. had to sleep with us and just stayed

Get the kid out of your bed. I know it seems easier in some ways but kids need to learn to sleep alone. That will help w/your sleep.

Don't know how old your youngest is, but depending on his age you may actually be hurting him with regard to dependency. That forms early.
