Another way to use this is like when somebody asks what they should bring to the dinner party and the answer that you would give would be a grocery item you needed anyway that didn't have anything to do with that night's dinner.
Happy birthday, dude! It’s my wife’s birthday today and we had a little party just now. We invited 12 ppl into our small flat bc we expected about half of them to turn the invite down, being so close to xmas. However, *everyone* showed and we had a blast😂 hope you’re having a good one too!
