I use to work at a family owned breakfast place. Hash browns with tomato, tenderloin, and jalapeños cooked to top biscuits with gravy. Yum!

PLT: Turn biscuits over, hard side up before you get the gravy. Makes it easier to cut, softens the bottom and you still get buttery biscuit
