Had a good day yesterday, came home to a letter...
Scholarship notification...full ride and then some!
WHAT? REALLY? OMG OMG OMG OMG
I cried a little, because I work two jobs right now.
Two full time jobs and full time school.
This fall I can focus on just school! For once in my life.
I have enough for tuition, room and board!!!
This once foster kid is finally finishing her degree!
Also, my husband doesn't have to pull extra shifts now :)
To all my foster siblings in the world: Don't let anyone say you're not good enough.

Not true full time secondary schooling is usually restricted to 32.5 hours. So 40 + 40 + 32.5 = 112.5 which leaves 55.5 sleep hours weekly

The problem is that the funding I get has strings. It can only be used for approved things. Some of the scholarships are tuition only, ect.
