Polish Independence Day, Warsaw, Poland (11/11/17)

After 123 years of occupation, partition by the Russian Empire, Kingdom of Prussia and the Habsburg Empire, Poland rise once again on 11.11.1918. This is the 99th anniversary to commemorate this truly Glorious day. Bóg! Honor! Ojczyzna!

Now to all who are concerned this is a facist/neo-nazi rally: IT IS NOT. Every year on this day, left-winged media in Poland try to belittle this march, they show hooded guys yelling racist slogans etc.
Yeah, there are those guys, but in negligible numbers presented as majority. As in here: https://imgur.com/a/tQjXc
I was there, 5 years in a row. There are so many families with little children, there is not one concern about they well-being. It looks nothing like Charlottesville, or other Neonazi rallys in USA, simply becouse it is not those things.

Since it's somewhat historical post i must note that since Middle Ages Poland was (and still is) one of the most tolerant country for people of different faith and race. WW2 showed this greatly, when hundreds of Poles were killed for hiding Jews, thankfully hundreds more succeeded.
Now, for country that has nearly 39 millions citizens there are 2-3 occurrences of violent hate crime, this is not a possible number if we were all racist. On this picture about 60 thousend people celebrates their country's independece.

TL;DR: We are proud, we are NOT racist.
