I think that is a domesticated Savannah cat. A little wilder than your average house cat but still tame.

Looks like savannah. They only have few % of african serval genes. They look "wild", but they are pretty chill.

Yes and no. F5 savannahs are around 5% serval, but F1s are 50%-75% (with backcross breeding) serval and extremely expensive.
